Mr Platt was very professional but friendly also. I was made to feel at ease during the procedure and treated very well by all of the staff. The difference that my carpal tunnel surgery has made is great. I had experienced pain in my forearms, pins and needles and numbness in my fingers, for a long time. This effected the use of my hands and fingers and the pain kept me awake at night. I am so pleased with the difference that this has made. Thank you.

The care from the medical staff (Mr Alastair Platt) is excellent and second to none. The main problem with the health service is the poor management and administration within.
